Michael Jay Greenberg, Esq., C.P.A. is the principal of the Law Offices of Michael Jay Greenberg and President of Greenberg Accounting, CPA, P.C.  Mr. Greenberg is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey and is licensed to practice accounting in the State of New York.

As an accountant, Mr. Greenberg’s office handles matters for corporate and individual clients, including compilation services, monthly bookkeeping and preparation of tax returns.  His client list includes various industries and professions (real estate investors, manufacturers, importers, employment agencies, computer consulting, supermarkets, doctors, attorneys and other professionals).

As an attorney, Mr. Greenberg’s office handles matters for corporate and individual clients in Tax matters (I.R.S. and New York State), Real Estate (Residential and Commercial), and Wills, Trusts and Estates (Estate Planning, Probate Proceedings and Administration Proceedings).

Mr. Greenberg obtained his J.D. degree from Rutgers University (with the Tax Honors Certificate), his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his accounting degree from New York University - College of Business and Public Administration (now known as The Stern School of Business).

Mr. Greenberg has taught seminars for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Lorman Education Seminars and the New York Paralegal School.
